Coastal Crisp Cookies

Coastal Crisp Cookies was launched in March, 2022 as homage to my Mother, Faye. Her cheese cookies were a favorite among family and friends and after baking them for friends here in Wilmington, I was encouraged to share them. Along with the cheese cookies, I have added a spicy cheese, a chocolate cookie and rotate various seasonal cookies throughout the year such as lemon blueberry, cranberry orange and pistachio. Coastal Crisp Cookies can be found in locations all over Wilmington and also at Oak Island and Whiteville. We are delighted to become part of the Marked Merchant family and look forward to a successful venture!
